  Multiple poor experiences with this dealer for repair, maintenance, estimates, body repair, and scheduling. Poorly managed and run. Has been this way for many years. I had hoped it was better and recently went back as it is close to home but, it is still horrible!
  Go to ANY other Mazda dealer for maintenance and repairs!
  I had good experiences with the dealer in Passedena, MD on Mountain Road. That is to say, trouble free.
