  The staff was genuinely rude and impatient.
  
  "No fresh cut flowers" the day before Mother's Day. The selection was limited to two average-looking bouquets. You'd have better luck in Soviet Russia.
  
  Evidently, considering the other negative reviews, they have economic issues. Supply of quality labor and product both seem to fall well short of demand on at least a recurring basis.
  
  Take your business to a florist that has flowers.
