  Horrible apartments. Horrible customer service at the leasing office. I unfortunately had a package that was sent to my old address at cedar run and my change of address had not gone through yet. The person on the phone (Stephanie) was rude, and completely unhelpful. I wanted to see if i could pick up my mail and show my id for my email and packages and she straight out refused to help or ask anyone. Said she had no clue and that they don’t receive packages at the office. This is a horrible apartment building. I asked for a walk through before turning in my keys and no one showed up at the right time. I better get my whole security deposit back. I hated this place. Overpriced for no reason. AWFUL! Do not ever go here. Rude staff! Awful environment. Horrible experience. If i could get negative stars, i would.
